Profile: I offer a non-judgemental place for people to wade through their own experiences and untangle their interior heart space. Helping others find their wholeness (wisdom) to self-heal, to let go of coping skills that are no longer useful, to create a broader capacity within, a deeper understanding and trust of themselves. I use a holistic approach that combines mindfulness techniques, incorporates modern day trauma informed research (such as attachment styles, Family Systems, integration techniques), and the wisdom traditions. You do not have to be religious or spiritual to meet with me. You only have to be curious about learning who you are.
